Return & Refund Policy:

If you are unsatisfied with our product, you can enjoy a 30-day trial period to ensure your gear is the perfect fit.

To simplify your return, we provide a prepaid shipping label. A flat service fee of $29.99 is applied to cover the specialized handling of oversized golf gear. Please ensure items are returned in original packaging including hang tag, plastic bag and box.

 

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are always on us. If you're just swapping for a different color, we'll waive the shipping fees both ways.

Please be aware of that the following situations are not eligible for the exchange policy:

Customized or personalized products.

Any used products or miss its original packaging materials.

 

Holiday Extended Return Policy:

Purchase Coverage: Items bought between November 1st and December 31st are eligible.

Extended Deadline: The return deadline is pushed to January 31st of the following year.

Standard Policy Applies: All other aspects of the return policy usually still apply.
